ICEF Higher Education is a long-standing, annual event entirely focused on international higher education. In 2025, it returns to London’s InterContinental – the O2, to connect senior recruitment professionals from across the sector.

Over the course of two days, attendees have the opportunity to connect with 380+ international student recruitment agents from around the world, all established specialists in recruiting for higher education. Further ensuring quality, for this event, ICEF will only be accepting agencies that have achieved ICEF Agency Status, which means they have undergone a more rigorous screening and reference checking process.

Additionally, delegates gain free access to the groundbreaking ICEF Monitor Global Summit (also available as an individual ticket), which is held the day before and in the same venue. The summit, now on its second edition, brings together influential professionals from across the sector to share knowledge, discuss trends, and support the sustainable growth of the industry
