Two important student recruitment markets in Latin America covered in one trip

Mexico and Columbia are major sending markets for international students and are continuing to grow. The ICEF Mexico-Columbia Roadshow provides an excellent, cost-effective opportunity for educators to meet, and leverage the expertise of ICEF-screened agents to recruit students from both of these important markets.

Starting with networking in Mexico City meeting agents recruiting students from over 15 Mexican states, as well as other Central American markets such as Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala and El Salvador.

Travelling to Bogotá for a further day of networking to meet agents covering the capital as well as over 10 Columbian provinces.

Please note: places at this roadshow are strictly limited and it is not possible to book only one location.

Event Programme

At the ICEF Mexico–Colombia Roadshow, you can build your own personalised programme of up to 38 (19 in each location) in-person, one-to-one meetings with existing and potential partners.

The roadshow programme also includes meals, options for refreshment breaks, and evening functions, all of which offer further networking opportunities.

As attending agencies represent students from both the host, and neighbouring countries, they are able to offer potential partners regional coverage.

For agencies, the roadshow provides an opportunity to expand their service portfolio by meeting a diverse group of international educators and related service providers in a convenient national location.

For providers of international education related products or services, the roadshow is an ideal opportunity to meet, and exhibit to, a group of focused agent and educator multipliers in touch with thousands of Mexican and Colombian students.

Pricing & Registration

For education representatives, service providers, cultural exchange and work & travel professionals costs start from just €5,950 per organisation.

Student recruitment agents who have successfully completed ICEF’s rigorous screening process are invited to apply to attend.

Venues

The ICEF Mexico – Colombia Roadshow takes place at two venues, the Hilton Mexico City Reforma and the Grand Hyatt Bogotá.

Located in the heart of the city, the Hilton Mexico City Reforma offers guests a fully equipped business centre, three restaurants serving a range of menus including traditional farm-to-plate Mexican and Colonial dishes, and an outdoor terrace surrounded by gardens, a rooftop pool and spa.

Just 10 minutes from the historic city centre, the Grand Hyatt Bogotá offers guests luxury accommodation with the best views of the city and the mountains of the Andes. In addition to two well-reviewed restaurants and the Zaitania Spa, the hotel also has a fully equipped business centre.

The health and safety of our delegates is important to us and we will follow the latest advice provided by local health authorities to ensure that our event conforms.

All delegates should follow the COVID-19 entry requirements of the host country. If local health authority guidance prevents the in-person aspects of this event taking place, our hybrid event platform allows us to seamlessly deliver this event in an online format.

If an in-person participant cannot attend due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, we can switch the attendance seamlessly to take part virtually instead, without the need to reschedule meetings. Alternatively, you may nominate a colleague to attend in your place.

FAM Tours and Receptions, are two ways you can increase your organisation’s profile by hosting invited ICEF event participants to a private gathering either at your school/campus or a location of your choice.
