Two important student recruitment markets covered in one trip

With outbound student numbers from these countries bouncing back, the ICEF Japan-Korea Roadshow provides an excellent opportunity for educators to meet, and leverage the expertise of ICEF-screened agents to recruit students from both of these important markets.

Running from February 27 – 29 February 2024, with one-day networking events in both Tokyo and Seoul, the roadshow is an efficient and cost-effective way to meet a large number of quality agents focused on two key locations.

Please note: places at this roadshow are strictly limited and it is not possible to book only one location.

Event Programme

At the ICEF Japan-Korea Roadshow, you can build your own personalised programme from up to 30 (15 in each location) in-person, one-to-one meetings with existing and potential partners.

The roadshow programme also includes meals, options for refreshment breaks, and evening functions, all of which offer further networking opportunities.

Who joins the Roadshow?

International educators join the roadshow because it provides an efficient and cost-effective way of connecting with pre-screened, local recruitment agents from two important student markets in one trip. As many attending agencies are affiliated to branches across their respective countries, local agents are able to offer educator partners nationwide coverage in both countries.

For agencies, the roadshow provides an opportunity to expand their service portfolio by meeting a diverse group of international educators, and related service providers, in a convenient national location.

For providers of international education related products or services, the roadshow is an ideal opportunity to meet, and exhibit to, a group of focused agent and educator multipliers in touch with thousands of Japanese and Korean students.

Pricing & Registration

For education representatives, service providers, cultural exchange and work & travel professionals costs start from just €5,950 per organisation.

Student recruitment agents who have successfully completed ICEF’s rigorous screening process are invited to apply to attend.
