About the Agent Focus

The ICEF Central Asia Focus gives international educators and service providers the opportunity to meet top-quality student recruitment agents from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Mongolia and Northern China at one focused event.

Central Asia currently makes up 2% of global outbound student mobility and is quickly increasing its importance in the international student market. A steady 8% economic growth over the last decade and entering the Bologna Process in 2010 paved the way for Kazakhstan to expand its educational infrastructure and encourage students to go abroad.

Because parents and government play such a crucial role in Central Asian student's decision making process, it is essential for education institutions to establish personal contacts and networks with agents, service providers and government bodies. This, and a selection of market intelligence seminars, networking events, and business meetings make the ICEF Central Asia Focus the perfect opportunity to establish firm links and partnerships with the region's best student recruitment professionals.

All agents at this event are carefully screened, providing multiple references from business partners, records of student activity, and business ethics. Each agent is individually selected by the ICEF Agent Team through personal contact to ensure a focused and productive experience.

The ICEF Central Asia Focus is scheduled conveniently around ICEF Moscow to give participants a chance to effectively target their marketing efforts in Russia, Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the Caucasus. Spaces are limited - do not miss out on your chance to be part of this event in Almaty!
