Visa Requirements

Visas are required for all foreigners entering the United States unless they are from a country that participates in the Visa Waiver Program.

Please check travel and visa regulations with your respective embassy well ahead before travelling. A list of the United States consulates and embassies can be found here.

For the purposes of ICEF San Francisco 2023 you will need to apply for a B-1 visa, a non-immigrant visa, designed for persons who want to enter the United States on a temporary basis for business purposes. A passport validity of at least three months beyond the period of stay is mandatory and you are advised to retain evidence of your return travel.

ICEF offers visa support which provides you with a letter of invitation for the duration of the event and company documentation required for your visa appointment. Please contact Hannah Webb if you wish to request this service.

Please also check your country-specific COVID-19 related travel requirements for the USA here.

To find out more about country-respective visa requirements visit the official United States Travel website.

If you are using Marcom eSchedule PRO for the first time, we recommend that you review the following information: Getting Started |  Scheduling Meetings – Useful Hints & Tips | Video tutorials.

Scheduling meetings during the event
