    Public transport – Bus/Train
    You can travel from Pearson International Airport to Niagara Falls via public transport. Please go to this website and plan your trip. Please know the trip may take up to 3h and the price of the ticket varies from $20 to $30. Once arriving in Niagara falls please know that you may require to take a taxi/uber to your hotel.

    Exhibitor Area

    Exhibitors can access their Point-of-Displays (PODs) at 08:00 on Friday, May 01. The exhibition area will be open for all participants from 10:00 onward.

    All PODs will be furnished with standard equipment: Arm Light, 30″ Round Table and 2 Chairs with a full-colour front panel print. You can find a reference to the PODs that will be used at ICEF Finance here.

    The information regarding the panel design and purchasing additional equipment will be provided in a separate email.

    Forwarding of Promotional Material

    Your materials can arrive from Sunday, April 28. The venue is unable to store any items received before this date, as a result they may not be accepted.

    Please contact a courier of your choice. It is very important that you include a proforma invoice. Inspections of deliveries with incomplete documents can take up to four weeks. Please refer to the shipping label here.

    Sustainable alternatives

    As we recommend to reduce the use of paper, you can also upload up to five documents, three videos and up to eight photos into your Marcom eSchedule PRO profile and make them available to agents prior to, during and for four weeks after the event. In addition, if you’d like to make an impression at your dedicated table here are some suggestions to help you stand out

    Please be aware that although Wi-Fi will be provided, we recommend downloading your event materials, presentations and videos directly to your device for your meetings. This helps reduce GHG emissions and ensures the network traffic is not overloaded.

    On-site Check-in

    You will be able to collect your badge on Wednesday, May 01, 2024, between 09:30 and 19:00 from the ICEF registration desk, located in the Pre Function area of the Niagara Falls Convention Centre.

    This is an invitation-only event and we cannot admit anyone not wearing a badge or any non-registered family, friends or staff members into the event area.

    If you change your representative at the event it is important you inform your account manager of this in advance before arriving, otherwise you may experience delays at registration.

    Refreshments, Lunch and Networking Reception
    • ICEF Finance Networking Breakfastwill take place from 10:00 to 11:00.
    • Lunch will take place from 13:00 to 14:00.
    • Coffee break will take place at 16:30.
    • ICEF North America Welcome Reception (sponsored by Niagara College Canada) will take place on 01 May from 19:30 to 22:00 at Niagara Parks Power Station.
    Niagara – General Information

    Niagara Falls, Ontario, is a Canadian city with the famous waterfalls of the same name, linked with the U.S. by the Rainbow Bridge. It sits on the Niagara River’s western shore and overlooks the Horseshoe Falls, the cascades’ most expansive section. Elevators take visitors to a lower, wetter vantage point behind the falls. A cliffside park features a promenade alongside 520-ft.-high Skylon Tower with an observation deck.
