Your accommodation at ICEF Africa 2024 will be sponsored by ICEF for 3 nights from Tuesday afternoon, July 02, 2024 until Friday morning, July 05, 2024.
A formal hotel booking confirmation will be sent to you approximately three weeks prior to the event. ICEF will sponsor one room per agency, unless otherwise stated.

Additional nights
Booking an additional night is optional and at your own expense. Please only reserve additional nights before July 2 or after July 4 as ICEF will sponsor 3 nights of accommodation for you, from July 2 (check-in) until July 5 (check-out).

Citizens of countries members to the following international organizations; African Union, Commonwealth and La Francophonie get visa upon arrival and are waived visa fees for a visit of 30 days.
A citizen of East African Community Member States shall be issued a pass/entry visa free of charge upon arrival to stay for the period of six months.
The following countries to be granted 90 days valid visa free of charge upon arrival: Angola, Benin, Central African Republic, Chad, Cote d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, The Federation of Saint Christopher and Nevis, Ghana, Guinea, Indonesia, Haiti, Mauritius, Philippines, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Sao Tome and Principe, Singapore and the state Qatar.

Scheduling meetings prior to the event
Approximately four weeks prior to the event you will receive access to the Marcom eSchedule PRO online meeting scheduling platform. The platform allows you to select potential partners according to geographical origin, type of programmes, and to send personalised meeting requests. We recommend scheduling a minimum of 25 meetings prior to the event.
If you are using Marcom eSchedule PRO for the first time, we recommend having a look at the Getting Started Information as well as Scheduling Meetings – Useful Hints & Tips or to view our video tutorials.
Scheduling meetings during the event
To make the most of your participation, you can still schedule meetings with other participants once the event has started. Last minute meetings can be scheduled up to one hour before the requested meeting time.
We recommend that you leave Marcom eSchedule PRO open throughout the event to keep an eye on any new meeting invitations that may come through. Please regularly refresh your eSchedule PRO page to make sure that it’s always up to date with the latest requests.
Please note that you will not be provided with a printed paper copy of your schedule at the event.
To ensure that we are able to provide the best experience for all attendees, we would like to remind you that agents are hosted at ICEF events on the condition that they remain with the event for the duration of the programme (specifically, from day 1 registration to end of meetings on day 3). You will be able to collect your badge and welcome bag from the ICEF registration desk located in the Concourse of Kigali Convention Centre on Tuesday, July 2nd, from 13:00 to 19:00. Participants arriving after the above stated period can register in the Concourse of Kigali Convention Centre on Wednesday, July 3rd, from 08:00 onwards.
As this is an invitation only event, anyone not wearing a badge may not be admitted into the event area. Please also understand that for the same reason we cannot allow non-registered family, friends or staff to enter the meeting hall.

The dress code for both receptions is smart casual. Please note that participants not wearing their event badge will not be admitted. Please register your attendance by clicking the green “Yes, I will attend” button on your MySchedule page.
