Programme & Seminars

ICEF Digital explores the integration of digital technologies into international education and student recruitment, shedding light on topics ranging from artificial intelligence and blockchain to digital marketing and recruitment platforms.

Experts in the field, such as Duolingo, TikTok, and IU International University of Applied Sciences will share their insights through keynotes, panels, and interactive Q&A sessions. The event will also delve into the impact of digital transformation on student engagement, foreign language learning, and credential verification. The day will conclude with a networking reception, and the full program will be available on Brella two weeks prior to the event.

Exhibitor Area

Exhibitors can access their Point-of-Displays (PODs) at 07:30 on Friday, November 03. The exhibition area will be open for all participants from 08:00 onward.

All PODs will be furnished with standard equipment. Exhibitors wanting to book extra equipment (like illuminated panels) can do so by filling out this order form and sending it over at their earliest convenience as additional options are subject to availability. Order deadline for additional furniture or AV equipment is October 04, 2023.

Forwarding of Promotional Material

Your materials for ICEF Digital may arrive in Berlin from Tuesday, October 31, 2023 onwards (but not before) allowing you sufficient time to check if your packages have been delivered correctly. Please contact a courier of your choice. It is very important that you include a proforma invoice. Inspections of deliveries with incomplete documents can take up to four weeks. When calculating the amount of promotional materials to send to Berlin for your 4m² Point-of-Display (POD), please bear in mind the refreshment and lunch breaks we do have during the day between the sessions. Shipping Label is available here.

Sustainable Alternatives
As we will be using the mobile event app Brella prior and during ICEF Digital 2023, all participants can edit their profiles as part of their event preparations. In addition, if you’d like to make an impression at your dedicated POD here are some suggestions to help you stand out:

  • Reusable table top roller banner
  • QR code to your website/brochures/offers
  • Sustainable giveaways for your potential partners
  • Laptops – power is provided at each table, take your partners through your presentations and videos

Please also consider using local suppliers to cut down international shipping. Organizations having booked a 4m² Point-of-Display (POD) may bring a pull up banner.

Please be aware that although Wi-Fi will be provided, we recommend downloading your event materials, presentations and videos directly to your device for your meetings. This helps reduce GHG emissions and ensures the network traffic is not overloaded.
