A hybrid event marries the immersive in-person onsite experience of an in-person networking conference with the ability to participate virtually, allowing delegates to not only attend at the venue, but also from wherever they are in the world.
As well as being able to meet with international education colleagues physically present at the same location, delegates attending the event can also seamlessly schedule additional meetings with global education professionals elsewhere. Likewise, attendees taking part virtually from elsewhere may also meet with others located anywhere around the world and participate in the full seminar programme.
For those attending virtually, our events use a combination of Marcom eSchedule PRO and Zoom to provide a seamless and engaging networking experience for all participants. This combination offers you direct and total control over the types of partners you meet during the event based on their main activity and country of origin, as well as the peace of mind of using a secure and stable platform for your meetings.
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation via email with log-in details enabling you to access our meeting scheduling system approximately 4 weeks prior to the event through your myICEF portal.
