Event programme, seminars, & meetings

At ICEF Latin America, you can build your own personalised programme from up to 38 one-to-one meetings, each 25-minutes in duration, with existing and potential partners. Our format is designed to make it easy for you to identify and connect with the right partners.

The first day includes a full programme of seminars, panel discussions, and roundtable debates. Led by experts, these sessions provide up-to-date information about the latest market trends in international education and student mobility across the region.

In addition to the pre-scheduled meetings, you’ll be able to take advantage of a range of informal networking opportunities, with coffee breaks, lunches, and evening receptions all included.

The event will be hosted at the Grand Hyatt Rio de Janeiro. Nestled between the beautiful Marapendi lagoon and the pristine white sands of the Barra da Tijuca, it provides the perfect backdrop for ICEF Latin America.
