Following a successful inaugural event, ICEF once again joins NAFSA as we head to Orlando for ICEF USA 2026. Designed exclusively for North American educators and supporting strategic international enrolment management, the event builds upon the sessions held at NAFSA to provide the perfect introduction to working with agents in a supportive, friendly, and highly productive environment.

For this event, ICEF only accepts agencies that have achieved ICEF Agency Status, our most rigorous screening and reference checking process.

Developed in close partnership with NAFSA, this 1.5-day event takes place immediately following their 2026 Annual Conference.

Event programme & meetings

This 1.5-day event begins with a wealth of valuable networking opportunities, including a session on strategic networking and a selection of interactive, roundtable discussions. This is followed by a welcome reception, giving attendees the opportunity to continue networking into the evening, sharing experiences with their peers and interacting with agents in a more relaxed setting.

On the second day, attendees can build their own personalised programme of up to 24 one-to-one meetings, connecting with quality, accredited education agents from around the world to achieve their internationalisation goals.

The Hyatt Regency Orlando is a unique resort located adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center, where the NAFSA Conference is taking place, and just minutes away from major theme parks, including Universal Orlando and Walt Disney World. The hotel offers shopping, dining, and a wealth of entertainment options, all within two miles.

Ranked Florida’s top convention property for five consecutive years, the hotel boasts 315,000 square feet of function space with newly installed digital, interactive screens.
