Belarus, Belgium, Brunei, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Chile, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Netherlands, Norway, Panama, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, and the United Kingdom.

Pre-Arrival Registration (Digital Arrival Card)
Please note: As of April 15, 2026, all foreign travelers arriving at Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) in Ho Chi Minh City are required to complete a digital pre-arrival declaration. This registration is mandatory for everyone, including those entering under the visa-free program.
The form is free of charge and must be submitted online via the official immigration portal within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival. Upon completion, you will receive a QR code—please save this to your mobile device or print a copy to present to immigration officers upon landing.
