In this focused two-hour workshop, you’ll revisit everything you know about sales and build on it for the emerging era in international education recruitment. Edified’s Sara Sandford will guide you in crafting a concise student-centred sales pitch, improving your listening skills, and building a message that truly resonates.  You’ll learn how to use storytelling to develop meaningful,  need-based conversations, and practise these skills through role play and peer feedback – strengthening your position as a dependable, trusted advisor.

  • Communicate with Clarity and Confidence Refine your storytelling, listening, and questioning techniques to engage students ethically and effectively. Practise crafting compliant, student-centred pitches that make a real impact.
  • Lead as a Trusted Advisor Learn how to handle difficult conversations with integrity, and walk away with a personalised action plan that reinforces your professional credibility with both students and your institution partners.
