Scale Up Your Leadership is a business leadership programme designed to help mid-level managers prepare for their next step - to grow in confidence and become an inclusive leader.
Through this programme, you will gain renewed clarity, practical tools you can use immediately, and a stronger sense of purpose in your role.
The training programme is specifically designed for mid-level managers working in international education, whether you are managing people, projects, or programmes.
Session 1 - Identify Your Vision: Define and embrace your leadership vision, aligning personal and organisational values to build confidence and resilience.
Session 2 - Mindset of Growth: Develop a continuous growth mindset through self-reflection, setting personal development goals, and learning from failures and successes.
Session 3 - Pitch Perfect Networking: Create a compelling elevator pitch, master networking skills, and build meaningful professional connections effectively and effortlessly.
Session 4 - Advance Your Emotional Intelligence: Enhance collaboration and empathy by developing emotional intelligence, building trust, and fostering supportive relationships within your team.
Session 5 - Communicate Effectively: Master clear, effective communication through understanding styles, active listening, and providing constructive feedback with clarity and impact.
Session 6 - Strive for Excellence: Foster high performance by setting and achieving high standards, managing accountability, and celebrating successes while learning from outcomes.
The programme is delivered online via Zoom. Once you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom access link for the first session. Each month, you’ll join a live 60-minute session, which includes:
You’ll also receive structured assignments between sessions to help you apply your learning to your current role. Feedback is provided at each stage to support your progress throughout the six-month programme.
