Overview

Given that the student counsellor deals with prospective students, education institutions, and education and immigration authorities in destination countries – as well as large amounts of information and various processes for handling enrolments – knowing how to manage workflow and technology is important. This lesson looks at the role of technology and best practices in working effectively for the student counsellor.
