Taxis
A taxi ride from Sevilla San Pablo Airport to the hotel will take approximately 20 minutes and the fare is around EUR 30, depending on traffic and your final destination. The taxi rank is just in front of the terminal.
Uber is also available at Sevilla San Pablo Airport. Rates from and to the airport may differ depending on time and traffic. Check the price estimator in your Uber app.
AVE Rail Station Santa Justa
A taxi ride from Sevilla-Santa Justa train station will cost about EUR 8 and take approx. 10 minutes.

Forwarding of Promotional Material
Your materials for ICEF Spanish Education can arrive from Thursday, May 18, 2023 in Seville (but not before) allowing you sufficient time to check if your packages have been delivered correctly. Please contact a courier of your choice. It is very important that you include a proforma invoice. Inspections of deliveries with incomplete documents can take up to four weeks.
Package Preparation
When calculating the amount of promotional materials to send to Seville please bear in mind that you will have a maximum of 38 pre-scheduled meetings. Please refer to the Shipping Instructions & Delivery Label for detailed information, customs requirements and a delivery label template.
As we recommend to reduce the use of paper, you can also upload up to five documents (max size of 5 MB each), three videos (YouTube, Dailymotion and Vimeo links are supported) and up to eight photos (max size of 5 MB each) into your Marcom eSchedule PRO profile and make them available to agents prior to, during and for four weeks after the event.

Scheduling Meetings
Scheduling meetings prior to the event
Approximately three weeks prior to the event you will receive access to the Marcom eSchedule PRO online meeting scheduling platform. Marcom eSchedule PRO allows you to select potential partners according to geographical origin or type of programmes and to send personalised meeting requests. We recommend to schedule a minimum of 25 meetings prior to the event.

Meetings will take place at your designated meeting table, indicated on your schedule. If you are using Marcom eSchedule PRO for the first time, we recommend that you review the following information: Getting Started |Â Scheduling Meetings â Useful Hints & Tips | Video tutorials.
Scheduling meetings during the event
To make the most of your participation, you can still schedule meetings with other participants once the event has started. Last minute meetings can be scheduled up to one hour before the requested meeting time.
We recommend that you leave Marcom eSchedule PRO open throughout the event to keep an eye on any new meeting invitations that may come through. Please regularly refresh your eSchedule PRO page to make sure that itâs always up to date with the latest requests.
Seminars

You can build your own personalised programme of optional seminars and provider presentations held on the first day of ICEF Spanish Education.
Programme details can be found under the seminar tab on your Marcom schedule.
Meeting and Display Tables
Meeting tables will be accessible as of 08:00 am on Tuesday, May 23rd.
Each meeting table (178cm x 76m) will be covered with a table cloth and will have access to an electricity outlet.
Table signage with name and logo of each institution will be provided.
Display tables for Service Providers will be accessible as of 08:00 am on Tuesday, May 23rd.
Each display table (186cm x 76m) will be covered with a table cloth and will have access to an electricity outlet and a literature display rack.
Table signage with name and logo of each institution will be provided.
On-site Check-in
You will be able to collect your badge and welcome bag from the ICEF hospitality desk located in front of the meeting hall in the Convention Center Foyer on Monday, May 22nd, from 13:00 to 19:00.
Participants arriving after the above stated period can register on Tuesday, May 23rd, from 08:00 onwards.
As this is an invitation only event, anyone not wearing a badge may not be admitted into the event area. Please also understand that for the same reason we cannot allow non-registered family, friends or staff to enter the meeting hall.
COVID-19 Safety
The venue will adhere to strict hygiene regulations. Whenever possible please also respect an appropriate distance to other participants.
We are working closely with the venue and local authorities to ensure that we can deliver a safe event. As requirements might change we will update you regularly with the latest information.
Refreshments and Lunches
Snacks and refreshments will be served on May 22nd at 16:00.
On Tuesday 23rd and Wednesday 24th snacks and refreshments will be served at 08:00, 11:00 as well as 16:00.
Lunch will be provided from 13:00 to 14:00 in the Restaurante ColoĚn.

Monday, May 22nd, 19:00 to 21:00 in the Garden sponsored by Colegio Internacional de Sevilla â San Francisco de Paula.
Dinner Reception
Tuesday, May 23rd, 20:30 to 23:00 at Casa de Pilatos.
There will be transfers to and from the dinner venue leaving from 20:00 onwards.
The dress code for both receptions is smart casual. Please note that participants not wearing their event badge will not be admitted. Please register your attendance by clicking the green âYes, I will attendâ button on your MySchedule page.

Seville is the capital of Andalusia and the cultural and financial centre of southern Spain. Today Seville is Spainâs 4th largest city with 1.6 million people living in the metropolitan area.
Seville is famous for its rich cultural history since Roman times, being the city of Carmen, Don Juan and Figaro. Her exceptional wealth following the discovery of the New World still shows in the cityâs architecture. Seville has built on its tourism industry since the 19th century, playing host to the ExposicioĚn Ibero-Americana in 1929 and the WorldExpo in 1992. The city is buzzing with festivals, colour and a thriving nightlife scene.

- Climate: Average temperatures in May are around 27°C during the day and 14°C at night.

- Public Transport: Seville has a well-functioning and easy to use public transport system. There are different bus stations close to the hotel. The standard adult ticket costs around EUR 1,40.

- Plug type: Plugs have two round pins (Type F). Please bring your own adaptors, if necessary.
