Description
The transition from education to employment is a vital topic rarely addressed in formal education, even at tertiary levels. Business and education scenarios and relationships are different; the communication and interactions skills needed can make a material difference to career progression.

Different student cohorts can benefit from different pathways to this progression – from work volunteering to paid work experiences to longer, professional internships or placements. More recently, we see Employability and Business Simulations programmes, with novel learning approaches, growing in appeal. Funding may come from governments, like well-known Erasmus+, universities, schools, or even families.

Twin’s understanding of students’ needs for this transition – from developed and developing economies – may be unique in our industry. Our track record is reflected in recurring business, covering students from around the world. We invite partners current and new to discuss the needs of their students.

Twin Training International, established 1995, is a student travel and education business. We welcome students from 90+ countries to our accredited English schools, Summer Camps, School Groups cultural tourism and Work Experiences in the UK and Ireland, working with agencies, universities and other partners. Our Employment and Training division runs UK Government contracts for Skills, Employment and Education.
