How do I access a course?<\/p>\n
To access a course and its content you must be registered with an ICEF Academy account.<\/p>\n
If you have registered and have a verified account, go to All Courses via the top navigation bar on ICEF Academy, or access directly here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n From your chosen course page, click the ‘Enroll’ button in the box at the top right hand side of the page.<\/p>\n How do I book my exam?<\/p>\n Select Book Your Exam in the top navigation bar of the ICEF Academy site, or go to the page directly from here<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n Select the exam you wish you purchase by clicking on ‘Add to cart’ and selecting ‘Buy now’.<\/p>\n Please note, you may only purchase one exam at a time via the online booking system. If you wish to make multiple bookings please contact: academy@icef.com, or your Agent Relations Manager.<\/p>\n After you have clicked ‘Buy Now,’ go to ‘Cart’ – you’ll find this in the middle of the top navigation bar.<\/p>\n Select ‘Proceed to checkout’ and complete your payment details as requested.<\/p>\n Please note – you must upload a copy of your ID and and a profile picture which will be displayed on your agency profile at the time of booking.<\/p>\n How long is my exam test link valid for?<\/p>\n Your exam test link is valid for 12 months.
