Quality Assurance
- What quality assurance of agencies does ICEF Online offer to educators?
- All ICEF Online agencies have been screened by ICEF GmbH. Each agency has supplied 3 or 4 educator referees, who have been contacted to positively validate their relationship with the agency.
- How many agency applications are rejected by ICEF Online?
- To date over 30% of agency applications have been rejected.
Relationships with Agencies
- Should I ask ICEF Online agencies to complete an official agency agreement as I do for other agencies?
- Yes, please maintain your usual agency appointment practices. ICEF Online relationships do not replace the need for standard agency agreements.
- Is there any limit to how many agencies I can work with via ICEF Online?
- ICEF Online does not impose any limits.
- Will all agents, service providers and other educators be able to view my ICEF Online profile?
- Yes, however you can block them individually, as well as at a country level, via your 'Profile Settings'. By default, all agents and service providers in your country can see your profile, and other educators located in your country cannot view your profile.
Agency Marketing Support
- Is there any limit to how many files I can upload for my agents to download?
- No. However, we recommend that individual documents should not exceed 2Mb in size. Otherwise agents may be reluctant to download them, as well as reluctant to email them to prospective students.
- Can I block access to some of my files by agents I am not partnered with?
- Yes. You can select if each file is for public access or for partners only to access.
- We have 4 schools in 3 countries each with 2 marketing directors. How many ICEF Online accounts will we need?
- You will only need 1 ICEF Online account.
- Do you offer group discounts for groups of affiliated schools?
- Yes. Please contact us for a quotation.
Agents
Relationships with educators and service providers
- What does it mean to be "partnered" with an educator or service provider?
- It means you will have access to all "private" documents they have uploaded for access by partners only. You will also be able to order some of these resources.
- If I am not "partnered" with an educator or service provider, will I still have access to their profile and be able to send them a message?
- Yes.
- Will all educators, service providers and other agents be able to view my ICEF Online profile?
- Yes, however you can block them individually, as well as at a country level, via your profile settings. By default, all educators and service providers in your country can see your profile, and other agents located in your country cannot view your profile.
- Will ICEF Online educators still ask me to complete official agency agreements as well as partnering with them via the ICEF Online platform?
- Yes, we encourage both agent and educator members to maintain their usual agency appointment practices. ICEF Online partnerships do not replace the need for standard agency agreements.
- Is there any limit to how many educators and service providers I can work with via ICEF Online?
- ICEF Online does not impose any limits.
- We have 2 Agency offices in 2 locations. How many ICEF Online accounts will we need?
- With one account you can list unlimited office locations, as well as unlimited staff profiles.
