About the Agent Focus

The new ICEF Ukraine Focus gives international educators and service providers the opportunity to meet top-quality student recruitment agents from Ukraine at one focused event.

Ukrainian students have a clear international orientation and have a strong demand for study abroad, mostly driven by their motivation to improve their English skills and to access a higher standard of education. The country’s recent political changes and educational reforms have shifted the Ukrainian study abroad market abruptly, increasing the need for professional education agents.

All agents at this event are carefully screened, providing multiple references from business partners, records of recent student activity and proof of business ethics. Each agent is individually selected by the ICEF Agent Team through personal contact to ensure utmost quality and a productive experience.

Up to 22 meetings can be pre-scheduled using ICEF’s customised software, allowing you to meet with partners best suited for your recruitment needs. Before the event, each participant will have access to their prospective partners’ profiles, enabling them to identify the educational sectors and programmes they are most interested in. Additionally, all participants will have access to professional development seminars and networking events to further increase their industry knowledge and professional network.

The inaugural ICEF Ukraine Focus is scheduled conveniently just before the ICEF Moscow Workshop and gives participants a chance to effectively target their marketing efforts in Ukraine, as well as in Russia and Eastern Europe all in one trip.

About the Agent Focus

The event enables educators to hold up to 22 pre-scheduled one-to-one business meetings with relevant, quality student recruitment agents, as well as with other educators and service providers. These appointments are 25 minutes in duration and serve the dual objective of meeting new contacts and maintaining existing relationships. The workshop programme also includes meals, refreshment breaks and evening functions, which offer valuable networking opportunities.

1. Prior to the workshop, details of all invited agents, educators and service providers are supplied via the industry leading Marcom eSchedule PRO online meeting booking system.
2. During the workshop, additional meetings and schedule adjustments can be made through personal contact.

Online Video Tutorials

Our online video tutorials explain how to get the most from the eSchedule PRO meeting scheduling system. We highly recommend viewing these videos as soon as the meeting scheduling system opens, around eight weeks prior to the event.

An integral benefit of attending an ICEF Event is participation in the seminar programme. These seminars provide invaluable information and the latest research on trends affecting the world of international education, both regionally and globally.

Educator Feedback on ICEF Events

"ICEF Workshops have proven to be a great way for us to expand our agent network and to also meet other education institutions, friends and colleagues. The workshops are also a great place to strengthen relationships with existing partners, and meet new, high-quality agents. For these, and many other reasons, we keep coming to ICEF events!" - Cristhina Starke, Wentworth Military Academy and Junior College, USA.

"We have attended three ICEF events recently, and so far we have doubled our numbers from 7 to 14 international students. The exposure we have gained through these three events has put the school in front of many people, and we are now reaping the benefits." - James Roache, St Aidan’s Anglican Girls’ School, Brisbane, Australia.

"ICEF is consistently good at delivering events in strategic locations, inviting quality agents, and providing very efficient customer service from enquiry to conference participation. The team is exceptionally friendly, helpful and dedicated." - Cherry Silcock-Stone, Concorde International Summer Schools, UK.

"The University of Windsor uses ICEF events as our preferred way of finding new agent partners. Nothing replaces the personal contact with prospective agents that the workshop provides." - Clayton Smith, University of Windsor, Canada.

"I was very impressed by the organisation of the event and how well prepared the agents were. They had definitely done background research before our meetings." - Gesa Paulfeierborn, Ardingly College, UK.
