New Agent Training Programme ICEF is developing a practical, professional training course for agency-based student counsellors. The course will be delivered online and free of charge in a self-paced modular format. Related testing and assessment sessions will be conducted at ICEF Workshops and in conjunction with selected industry events around the world. ICEF has just completed a worldwide survey of agents and educators to help ensure the course design and content closely reflects market needs, and contributes to the quality and professionalism of student counseling services worldwide.
